Michael has over 25 years of consulting experience in which he has consulted with a vast range of clients in a variety of industries and countries. As a qualified psychologist, Michael has specific expertise in individual, team and organisational performance psychology. He has specific expertise in the development of Leadership Systems and Behaviours.
He has a unique ability to work with a CEO in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, right through to a frontline operator at a mine site in northern Queensland. Over the years Michael has developed such close client partnerships that he has become a trusted adviser and typically continues to work with his clients no matter what organisation they belong to. With his firmly held belief in the untapped potential of people in organisations, his driving philosophy as an effective consultant is to facilitate the growth of that potential and in turn maximise that of the organisation.
Prior to Cornerstone, Michael worked with Right Management where he delivered consulting interventions ranging from basic supervisory skills programs, through to developing strategic plans, redesigning and restructuring organisations and the implementation of change strategies with Senior Management Teams.
